By accessing or using Neba QRCode, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Neba QRCode provides a QR code generation and management platform that allows users to:

Create static and dynamic QR codes
Customize QR code appearance with logos and colors
Track QR code scan analytics
Manage QR codes through our dashboard and API

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Neba QRCode to:

Create QR codes linking to illegal content
Distribute malware or phishing links
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Spam or harass others
Violate any applicable laws
Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in Ghana Cedis (GHS)
Payments are processed securely via Mobile Money or card
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase
Prices may change with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all QR codes you create. Neba QRCode retains ownership of the platform, branding, and underlying technology. You grant us a license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for temporary unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Neba QRCode is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.
